- Valid for 12 months. Your e-visa is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance — if your travel dates change or you cancel, there's no need to request an extension.
- Single entry, 90-day stay. The e-visa permits one entry into, stay in, and exit from the Cuban national territory. Travelers admitted to Cuba may stay for 90 days, extendable once in Cuba for the same period.
- Personal & non-transferable. Each visa is for personal use only and is non-transferable, non-redeemable and non-refundable.
- Delivery within 3 working days. Please allow 3 working days to receive your visa. This may vary depending on payment method and bank processing time, day of the week (not processed on weekends), and public holidays.
- Becomes effective with D'Viajeros. Your visa becomes effective upon completion of your personal data on the D'Viajeros platform — a mandatory requirement before entry into Cuba.
